We know building your new home can feel like a daunting process. Our expertise is in making the whole construction process as straightforward as possible.

 
 

  • Have plans prepared in accordance with your requirements and likings by architect. if plans have already been prepared then we will move to the next step.

  • Meeting to discuss the project including finishes and features which will lead to preparing an estimate. Which if accepted a formal quote will then be prepared.

  • Signing of contract.

  • Construction process will begin whereby you will be making final choices of fixtures, colours, finishes etc in order that we may work together to bring your home to life.

  • Keys are handed over to you with your new home ready for your family to move in.
